First and foremost an experienced program and project management practitioner, Dr Ross Yates is also a postgraduate university lecturer and workplace trainer and assessor in project management practice. Ross’s project and program management knowledge is underpinned by extensive industry experience in the health care, not-for-profit, mining and education sectors which he uses as a practical reference point to add a realistic and balanced dimension to his teaching approach. Ross holds tertiary qualifications in project and program management, business analysis, information technology, leadership, business and human resource management as well as higher education and workplace training.
